Here the Cedar Ridge Distillery embraces it's heritage of wine making with this limited release. Aged Straight Rye whiskey moves to a second cask finish which is freshly emptied Estate Port wine casks. Only when our Midwest climate has deemed these barrels ready to bottle does Head Distiller, Murphy Quint blend a small batch of barrels to create this special release.
