This Single Cask was hand-selected by Nate Gana as the first Moscatel finished American Single Malt release at Cedar Ridge. Featuring 100% 2-Row Pale Malted Barley first aged in Cedar Ridge ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in a Moscatel Cask from Spain. After selecting in October of 2024 the whiskey continued finishing in the Moscatel casks until Nate and Master Blender Murphy Quint determined it was ready.
